Xceligent Adds Regional Directors in Dallas

Byron Howard and David Barber have joined Xceligent's Regional Director team serving the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Howard was most recently with The Retail Connection where he served as an Assistant Vice President, Brokerage, focusing on tenant representation of several national clients such as 7-eleven, Dunkin Donuts, and Ace Hardware. Howard will be working on the pilot project for Xceligent's new researched tenant product, with unique enhancements on retail properties.
David Barber was most recently an industrial broker at NAI REOC in Austin. He has over 13 years of experience in tenant representation, landlord brokerage, and investment sales; nine of those years were spent as a commercial broker in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. David's primary focus will be on sales and customer care in the Fort Worth, Tarrant County, area.
The two join Kyle Brookmole, who has served the Dallas-Fort Worth market for 7 years.
