Digital Realty Taps Design Firm for 112K SF Richardson Data Center

Digital Realty Trust has selected Integrated Design Group to provide architectural and engineering services for the second building to be fit out at Digital Realty's Datacenter Park, a Dallas facility located at 900 Quality Way in Richardson, TX.
Having completed the first building at 1232 Alma Road, Integrated Design Group will prepare a design to convert the 112,000 square foot first floor and mezzanine into first-class data center space. 900 Quality Way is planned as a multi-tenant facility with 6,675 kW of IT load and over 60,000 square feet of raised floor area.
Located in the north Dallas high tech corridor, 900 Quality Way is in the middle of Digital Realty's Datacenter Park - Dallas. The campus spans almost 70 acres and includes seven buildings ranging from 15,000 to 250,000 square feet.
